Homework: 1/9/08

There are many things that I hope to learn and achieve this semester in English 112. The first thing is that I hope to push my writings even further academically; which will benefit myself in that my writing techniques and writings as a whole will be more advanced than it was previous to English 112. Also I hope to achieve in challenging myself as a student and a writer. I expect myself to be an all around successful writer. I will demand of myself to expand on my writing and to continue doing what is expected of me in class, which I hope will in turn help me to continue improving my writing abilities. As always, I will expect myself to improve on the writing aspects that need improvement and to continue to excel on the writing skills that are already developed. Some of my strong writing skills that I believe that I have are strong thesis, strong points, good support, and never-ending thoughts and ideas. Different skills that I hope to continue to work on is to not write in circles, only in a clear, organized path, and to improve on my audience appeal, and to always be sure of correct punctuation and grammar. Just as I expect from all of my instructors, I expect my English 112 instructor to always be understanding of my thought and work processes, to be willing to help me with the course when needed, to make the class fun and engaging by trying to help everyone enjoy the class because of the instructor’s love for the class.
